SCHOOL SECURITY SOLUTIONS:
Think Outside the Box and Stay Inside the Budget in 2010

Now Available On-Demand

Enhancing school safety is the cooperative effort of students, parents, schools, the community -- and the appropriate security solutions. The right solutions not only can help improve the comfort and trust of those in your facility, but can help deter criminal activity. We all know that increasing the level of security in schools costs money; however, there are strategies you can use to stretch each available dollar. This presentation will examine best practices for leveraging your budget. You will learn about:

  • Identifying risks and how a professional assessment may work to your advantage for future funding opportunities
  • Using security to establish trust and not diminish it - it's all perspective
  • Best practices you can share to help enhance cooperation between schools, parents and the community to help keep schools and children safer
  • Integrating CPTED (crime prevention through environmental design) principles that can be implemented for immediate impact
  • Security solutions that can work together as the foundation of a strong school security plan
  • Evaluating security solutions in order to get the most out of your purchases

School safety involves more than fancy technologies. A successful implementation involves finding the right solutions for your situation and your budget. Please join us for this one-hour presentation that can help you identify risks, prioritize short and long-term needs, work within your budget, and implement a security plan that integrates the needs of students, teachers, administrators, local law enforcement and emergency responders.
