The Dartmouth College Office of Planning, Design and Construction set high goals regarding the building project's carbon footprint, durability, financial viability and social/environmental responsibility. They targeted a 48% reduction in total energy use and a 57% reduction in energy costs.

The Richard and Margot Warch Campus Center at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin is so “green,” it's gold… LEED® Gold to be exact.
The recently opened facility has been awarded LEED-NC Gold certification, the first higher education building in Wisconsin to achieve this level of recognition.

Palmyra High School, located in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, struggled with maintenance issues with their existing epoxy cafeteria and hallway floors for ten years. Cleaning procedures had become so burdensome and problems with staining and yellowing had become so severe, that a complete renovation of the floors was the only feasible solution.

When is an Athletic center not just another Athletic center? When Northern Illinois University began selecting furniture for their 62,000 sq ft Yordon Athletic Center.
The facility required not just world class athletic and locker room areas, but team meeting rooms, video rooms, computer labs, and a large scale lecture hall as well.
